shipping details and costs. Shipping is not free, as order form may indicate. Currently shipping to United States and Canadian locations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Affirm ArtWorksJC is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Please verify shipping address when checking out. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Insuring your item(s) may be a consideration. Once items are shipped, it is no longer in ArtWorkJC's control or responsibility. Please contact within a week of shipping date and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
Affirm that ArtWorksJC does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us. An example of an issue would be receiving damaged item(s) and/or incorrect item(s). If this happens, please contact with photos of the damaged and/or incorrect item(s), photo of package (if applicable), and receipt copy within a week of delivery so we can try to remedy the situation.
